What Is A Limited Edition Prints?

Limited edition prints limit the number of prints available for purchase. Generally prints available from Lyn Treloar Designs are limited to 50-500 prints, once sold no more prints are available. The exclusivity of a limited edition print ultimately raises its price and value.

What Are Open Edition Prints?

Open edition prints can be reproduced perpetually. Because there is no limit to the number of print reproduced, open edition prints are priced lower than a limited edition print.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

Lyn Treloar Designs accept the following methods of payment:

  • Cash if purchasing in person

What Shipping Options Do You Offer?

If purchasing without a frame or mat, artwork bigger than 30 x 30 cm will be rolled around a cardboard tube and posted in a heavy duty poster tube.

Artwork smaller that 30 x 30 cm will be put in between two pieces of cardboard, wrapped in plastic and sent in a cardboard envelope. Once your artwork has been shipped, we will send you a shipping notification.

The receiver will be responsible for the international custom/import fee and taxes which vary with every country. Please check with your country’s customs offices and consider the additional costs that might be involved.

If the artwork is damaged on arrival please contact us immediately but no later than the following day at info@lyntreloar.com

IMPORTANT NOTE: Each print is made by hand and will vary slightly from those pictured, making it unique and one of a kind. Prints may have minor marks from the printing process or small ink stains on the back of the paper. Colour and tone may also vary depending on the colour settings on your screen.

Do You Offer Pick Up Of The Product?

Pick up is available in Adelaide. Ensure that you write a note in the shipping section at checkout for this option. You will receive an email to arrange the pick up. This offer is only available for framed limited edition prints.

When Will I Receive My Order?

We generally ship in 5 business days, from the time your parcel has been shipped, the artwork usually arrives between 7 – 10 business days, although it may take more or less time depending on your country of origin.

Common reasons for delivery delays: Some countries have customs clearing processes that may take as long as 30 days. Please check your governments international shipping policies for more detailed information.

Can I Cancel a Purchase?

The withdrawal period will expire after 5 business days from the day that you received the purchase. You must inform Lyn Treloar of your decision to withdraw from the purchase contract via e-mail.

IMPORTANT: the right of withdrawal is not applicable on downloadable purchases.

If you withdraw from the contract, you will be reimbursed for the price of the artwork only, without undue delay and not later than 14 days from the day on which we received the return of the artwork. We will carry out the reimbursement using the same method of payment as used in the initial transaction.

Lyn Treloar Designs is not responsible for any currency conversion differences that may result in a reversed payment. If you have any other questions regarding canceling a purchase, please email info@lyntreloar.com.

Returning the purchase: You must send the unused and undamaged artwork back within 5 working days of informing Lyn Treloar Designs. Repackage the artwork using the original packaging materials. If you’ve already disposed of the original packaging, you’ll be responsible for purchasing packaging materials at your own expense to send the artwork back safely to us. You are also responsible for the cost of return shipping.

If the artwork is damaged by you so that the value of the artwork is reduced, you may be charged for the reduction in value, and if the artwork is deemed to damaged to resell your reimbursement will be void.

What if we do not Agree?

If you have a problem with a purchase please email info@lyntreloar.com. If we can’t reach an agreement, you can contact fair trading to reach an out-of-court settlement. To use this service you must live in Australia. We will assist you in solving the problem and we follow the recommendations of FTA.
